Deadline for receiving applications is 15th July
(every year).
Upon arrival, students should contact the International Relations Office and their local

Co-ordinators in order to establish their study programme. Documents to bring with you are:
-  Official identity card/passport
-  Document accrediting status as Socrates/Erasmus grant-holder
-  Medical insurance (E 128 - E 111)
-  Visa (only for non EU-students)

Academic matters
Any question regarding academic matters should be addressed to the Erasmus co-ordinator in each faculty or department

Residence permit
Within 8 days of arrival, foreign students have to declare their presence to the Questura di Macerata (Police Headquarters) - Immigration Office.
To obtain the residence permit for study purposes, the student must bring to the following documents:
a declaration (available from the International Relations Office office upon submission of the Socrates/Erasmus application form or contract), that is an official document showing that the student has been assigned an EU grant in the framework of the Socrates-Erasmus programme;
-   2 passport photographs;
-  a photocopy of identity card/ passport (including visas where required). Students from EFTA countries and from Eastern European countries must have a visa for study purposes. (For information refer to the Italian diplomatic or consular authorities);
-  the E 111/E128 form, for health insurance in Italy, or a copy of a health insurance policy valid abroad. Students coming from noneuropean Union countries may have to contract a private insurance. In Italy the cost of the insurance policy is about € 40 for six months.

Health care
In order to receive free health care students are required to present the E 111 or E 128 document at the Public Relations Office, situated inside the Camerino Hospital main entrance. Students should ask there for a green card which allows students to choose a doctor for the time of their stay.

At the end of your stay in Camerino
The International Relations Office will certify student’s attendance and will issue a transcript of records with the courses taken and the grades obtained. A description of the local grading system will be enclosed in the document.
